Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will evaluate and make it right asap.
Returns - Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please contact us immediately if your issue relates to damage during transit. Please take a photograph of any damaged packaging and keep this with the goods to be returned.
If your item has a fault or defect, please contact us by e-mail, with photographs so that we can resolve asap.
We will arrange the most convenient method for return of your goods and replacing or refunding.
Returns - Other
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of goods, to request and return your item to our store.
If you wish to return goods within our agreed time frame because you have changed your mind, please note that you will be liable for arranging the delivery and return costs of the goods.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original sealed packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a return number from us.
If your return is accepted, we will e-mail you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items (final sale items)
Grooming products and perishables can not be exchanged or refunded after purchase, for hygiene reasons. If goods are damaged in transit, please follow instructions above.
Strictly! All used, vintage and antique items are non returnable and non refundable. They are sold and priced (accordingly) as seen. These items are identified on their price tickets. Please check items carefully prior to purchase and if you have any questions please ask before buying.
As such, we do not offer these items online at present and encourage foragers to come and see us!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item that you have. Once the return is received, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will always welcome you in store to speed this process up.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days (at your expense), for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a returns number from us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm that the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
